Our Leadership
DJ Nick Del Rosso; Owner
Born and raised in New Jersey, Nick is an experienced and well-rounded entertainer with a passion for keeping crowds engaged. Nick founded Blue Star Productions DJ Service in 2012 with one goal - to create the best value DJ service operated by the friendliest and most professional talent in the industry.
Throughout his professional career in the DJ entertainment field, he has encountered a variety of audiences and excels in many more. His experience as a DJ, Emcee, Lighting and Audio designer, and entertainer at heart makes him a team player with ambitions to teach as well as learn something new every day

Our Story
2012
We All Start Somewhere...
Nick's very first time DJing in front of a live audience at a 4th of July BBQ in Somerset, New Jersey. A lot has changed since then, but the phone number on the bottom of that paper banner is still the one you'll call to start planning your best day ever!
2014
Some Techy Upgrades...
From our speakers to our light show, we quickly moved to upgrade our equipment to improve our show. These upgrades quickly paid off as we started to take on school dances, birthday parties, and graduations. All in all... things were looking very promising for this DJ business thing.
2016
The Wedding Market
For Blue Star Productions this era was the start of something special. Fueled by ambition and passion we started taking on our first weddings. This was not a task we took on lightly, however. We have always understood the level of trust that clients are putting in us as their wedding DJ, and have maintained our commitment to high standards.
2018
The Photo Booth Craze
Photo booths have been a staple at weddings and special events for many years, but we saw a way it could be done better. We invested in state-of-the-art photo booth technology and developed a business model around making photo booths cheaper, sleeker, and more interactive.
2021
The Move to Tennessee
After about a year of settling in we opened for business once again and began performing at weddings in the Volunteer State! Through strong partnerships with other passionate vendors, we hope to become one of Tennessee's leading event entertainment companies.
